The Room in the Wood is available for rental for one person or two people.
Price:
£120 per night with a three night minimum stay
The price includes:
- The Room in the Wood for up to two people sharing a king size double bed.
- Tea/Coffee facilities, Television, DVD player and Fast Fibre Wifi in the Room in the Wood.
- Access to Ordnance Survey maps of Skye (to be left in the room)
Please note that a stepped pathway links the Room in the Wood and the house – there are 21 steps on a gradient over a short distance, similar in the style to that used for access in woodlands.
There is parking for a standard vehicle at the house.

Deposit:
Full payment is required to secure a booking.
- Cancellation up to 14 days of the start of the booking – 50% of payment returned.
- Cancellation from 13 days to the first day of booking – payment forfeited.
In both of the above circumstances if we’re able to re-let the room for your chosen dates we’ll refund your entire payment less any costs we’ve incurred in doing so.
